Very localised, was driving down the M50 to Nutgrove this morning and was overcast and drizzly there and sunny at home.

Kilkenny city: 2-3cm of snow lying on the cars and on the grass but the roads and pavements wet. Slow snorain falling. Temp is 1c according to my phone.

ETA: 5.50am. Just back from the station. It's thicker here at the north edge of the ring road than it is in town proper. Heavy enough snow falling but it's so wet everywhere it's not sticking and even on the cars here the snow accumulation seems to be losing it's definition and melting down the windscreens ever so slightly.
