Buying pyrite home that has been remediated

Was just wondering if anyone has any experience buying a pyrite home that has since been remediated under the pyrite remediation scheme. Have you had any issues with the house since it was fixed? (cracks, doors not closing right, etc?) Any trouble getting a mortgage approval with the green cert?
