Live Chat Recommendation

    Hi,

    I'm looking to integrate live chat into our eCommerce platform. Our developers recommended LIVEPERSON (https://www.liveperson.com/).

    1 user / $49pm / unlimited chat sessions

    The one reason I was drawn to them was their free iOS app which would allow me to answer questions when I was away from the computer. However, the app is only available in the UK, US etc.

    Does anyone have any recommendations for alternative live chat?

    Freshdesk is a decent and more affordable option, along with eRecptionist for voice services

    zopim is free for 1 user and integrates into zoho crm if you want
