As per thread title, use this printer once in a blue moon. However, when I tried it this evening, black wouldn't print. Changed cartridge with a new one. Cleaned, then deep cleaned, but still no joy. Removed printhead and washed it out. Black still not printing. Is it possible I didn't wash it out enough - or is there…
