    Our electricity has been out since yesterday, no power coming into house.

    Do you have neighbours? If so do they have power? Or is it a wider outage?

    Thanks for getting in touch.

    If your area is without power, the people to contact in the case of a power outage are ESB Networks. They can be called on 1850 372 999, and they are open 24 hours a day, 7days a week.

    They also have a Powercheck app that provides real-time updates.

    If the power outage is limited to your home, and not your area, could you send us a private message with further details? Please include the following information:
    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
