    Guys for CONTRACT
any ideas on essays? I'm literally covering most of the issues that come up in problems but no idea for essays and presumably will have to answer one!

Any idea on Constitutional's pass rate?

How many pages of answers are people putting down? I feel I put too much at the start and then they get shorter my writing gets messier and I just start to panic. Wanna plan better for the next exams!

Are the PQ issues similar year to year?

    I'm covering (well,memorise is a different story) :

    Offer/Accept
    Consideration
    Estoppel
    Terms
    Consumer Law
    Discharge
    Remedies
    Excl Clauses
    Undue Influence
    Capacity

I'm hoping that sees me through the PQs with a potentially bollocks bullet point essay . . .

Yeah hopefully --- Contract should be OK in normal circumstances but sandwiched between Company and EU is not fun ...

Guys I passed Constitutional and I didn't have a bloody notion. I hadn't read any of the cases so went nowhere near the cases question. I absolutely spoofed an essay and filled it with my own musings. Came out of the exam feeling like I had wasted my time. But I passed! So hang in there!!

I have no clue haha, hoping to see what came up in the last few sittings and get an idea. I really hate estoppel and would love to leave it out but I know that it’s practically guaranteed with consideration.

Edit: I’ve already left out unlawful contracts, consumer protection, agency and mistake, but I think I’ll do mistake really quickly tonight.

I would leave out duress and misrepresentation!

    Constitutional:

Is there any point in studying case notes for constitutional law? It feels it is such a gamble that there is not much point?

In an essay q on freedom of expression for journalists would you put in the defamation and contempt of court cases?

Feeling very shaky on the EU directives in relation to consumer protection....should I keep battling with it or would my time be better directed going back over my other sections? By shaky I mean I’m reading my notes and I swear it’s like I’ve never seen them before!!
