Is it possible to transfer money from a credit union account to a bank account without going into the credit union in person? Have transferred money previously to this bank account in person but won't have the opportunity to visit my local credit union for a while.

It depends on the credit union, some have online banking facilities that could be used. For others you can issue a dd mandate. It depends.
