They have been approved for HAP this week and I have to sign documents etc. I'm just wondering if they is anything I need to know - I've read all the documentation they gave me and I'm ok with it and they are great tenants but one thing concerns me and it's not quite clear, I am signing up for 3 years but I'm not sure if they leave within those 3 years and move somewhere else will I lose the ability to choose my own tenants? I mean will the property be filled by the local authority?
