Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could you tell me how much it costs to use both my credit card and debit card at a local atm in South Africa?

For example, what are the charges on both cards if I take €300 out of the atm?

    Cheers

    Hi Del007,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

When using your Visa Debit card outside the Eurozone there's a charge of 3.5% of the transaction value at a minimum of €3.17 and Maximum €11.43 per transaction for withdrawal at an ATM. For a Credit Card ATM withdrawal there's a charge of €2.54 or 1.5% (whichever is greater) of the withdrawal. The exchange rates are set on the day by Visa or Mastercard.
We'd also advise you to give travel notice before leaving which you can do when logged into 365 Online through the Service Desk.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
