Having received notice today of 3s intention to increase my price plan and basically change my contract, I have made umpteen attempts to contact them. Have to say, I cancelled yesterday and it was very easy. On hold for less than 1 minute.

The guy offered me two months free which, given I only have about six months left, would more than outweigh the increase in the monthly fee, but wasn't pushy about it.

Pretty flawless customer service (but I still cancelled)
