    Hi,

    Can anyone recommend someone to do a site valuation in South Dublin please? I can't understand why I'm being quoted mad money for this ...

    I need a valuation of a property, plus a separate valuation of a portion of the site following a split ... and I'm being quoted upwards of 350/400 euro all in!
