Autoplaying video ads

Today for some reason every page I load has an autoplaying video ad in the bottom left corner, gaviscon, vanish etc.... full sound and everything :confused:

I reported this in the Inappropriate Ads thread last week and it seemed to stop, but I've just seen another of those auto-playing Nurofen ads on a page a few minutes ago.

Just to note, I've not noticed any of them today Niamh, so perhaps something has kicked in that's stopping them now.
