I don't think any restaurants in the city offer tasting menus.

The only one I am aware of is the restaurant at Mount Juliet: http://www.mountjuliet.ie/cmsFiles/sample-lady-helen-menus.pdf

If you ask Joes Chippers,they will give you a chip to test before you decide. Onion rings are class. You might need to book ahead.
