How do I close 2nd level student account?

    Hi

    I opened 2nd level student account before but I'd like to close it as I don't use it. How do I close it and is there any charge to close it?

    We have some information here on how to close your account.

    There is no charge to request the account closure.

    Thank you for the response.
    However it seems I cannot close my account online because of either the type of current account (2nd level) or my age.

    Thanks for coming back to us. 

    You can send a written instruction to your account holding Branch. Contact and address details for all of our Branches can be found here

    Within the letter please include your account details, request to close, signature and phone number. 

    If you have a credit balance, please advise how you would like the balance to be sent to you. If you prefer an electronic transfer, please include the account details to send to, IBAN and BIC , bank name and address. You may prefer a bank draft, please advise where to post this to and to whom it should be made payable to.
