With those smartmeters you possible pay to much

    Research of the university of Twente in The Netherlands shows that 11 types of smartmeters failed the test
    5 out of 9 tested meters gave more used units on the meter than was used in real time
    Differents at the tests was 582% six times higher than the real use should be

    Those are the types who failed the test in combination of use with ledlights telephone chargers ect
