Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All
as part of the planning regs in a certain county they have listed under
    Section 4.4 Housing Objectives:
A close relative who has inherited, either as a gift or on death, an agricultural holding or site for his/her own purposes and not for speculation and who can demonstrate a definable social and / or economic need to live in the area to which the proposal relates.

I satisfy the first piece, but knowing how specific some councils can be, I am looking for advice regarding what would define social and / or economic need?
working in the area / family there?

    thanks for reading
