    Hi

Looking for a decent 43 inch ideally with Saorview and Freesat. Looking for one with good sound quality and 2016 or 2017 release.

Watch a lot of Netflix and have an Android box so looking for a way to get rid of Sky and still have the Irish/UK channels with someway to record and a 7 day EPG etc.

I don't have an aerial, just a sky dish, is there an easy way for me to install an aerial on the back of the TV or will this have to be wall mounted?

    Hi Crossvilla.

Unfortunately there are very little TV is this size with freesat.
There is the Samsung 43KS6500 curved but can only tune one at a time as it only has one tuner. That means if you are watching Saorview and you want to watch freesat you need to re-tune your TV and the to watch Saorview you would need to tune in back again. It only has a single tuner.
You would also need one with the capability to record to USB or external hard drive for recording TV as there are none with built in HDD's.
Priced at £549.00 with £6.99 shipping

Some LG TV's while not freesat approved do have sat tuners and would work but may miss out some of the EPG due to the licencing.
LG 43UH661 priced at £449.00 (In store only collection)

Or the LG43UH750 priced at £649.00 with £6.99 shipping

For the aerial you can just use an indoor aerial to get the Saorview stations, although outdoor is always better.

Let me know what you think.

Any questions drop me a post.

    Thanks for reply.

Can you recommend an indoor aerial from your website and also an external hard drive for storing recorded tv?

Based on the size of the room I feel going over the 43 inch would be too big.

    Hey Crossvilla.

There is only the one indoor aerial that we stock the "One For All" SV9385 priced at £29.95

On the External Hard drives, we used to stock the Wetern Digital range but then we stopped stocking them altogether.
For the external hard drive you could try Maplins perhaps.
