Vodafone Free contract improvement

    Apologies if this has been posted, and Vodafone customers, don't get your hopes up for a Three like deal.

    Basically if you signed a vodafone contract recently the chances are you signed a "Red Extra" contract for 40, 60 or 70 euro.

    The Red Extras have been discontinued, and replaced with Red Connects. The exact same price, the exact same features, the only difference is that there is no roaming costs for Calls, Texts or Data in 32 European countries (Incl Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Turkey, and EU).

    If you are on Red Extra you are still paying for roaming, but you can switch to Red Connect for free, without extending your contract or losing any features at home.

    So basically if you intend on travelling within the EU in the next 4 months, or to Norway, Iceland, Switzerland or Turkey after that, I recommend you called 1907 and switch. Took me less than five mins.

    TL:DR If you are on Red Extra you can switch to Red Connect - same price, includes free Roaming and doesn't extend contract.
