Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Has anyone here done any courses with KG Elite? Was thinking of doing their Strength and Conditioning course and was just looking for some feedback/reviews of them.
    Cheers

Depends why you're thinking of doing them.

If its to improve you're knowledge and understanding, they're decent courses. The instructors, Karl and Mike in particular, are experienced and know what they're talking about.

If you're doing them as a something to add to you're CV with the hope of getting a job then theres probably better ways to spend your money.

Doing a PT Course at the moment and thought they looked good as an add on.

I would say you are better to get your PT cert and get some experience under your belt first.

Then if you want something more sport related you can look at the KG elite courses or the UKSCA courses
