Commute Kilmeague to Dublin

    I'm new to the area of Kilmeague - Kildare and I have to commute to Merrion Square Monday to Friday with working hours 9-5.30pm. I am currently getting Bus Eireann from Kilmeague and train to Newbridge in the evening however it is proving quite expensive (as I am paying single ticket each way) and I do not currently have a car so relying on being collected from the train station. I'm wondering does anyone commute from this area and have suggestions of what is the most cost effective solution?
