    Hello,

I bank with AIB. Recently they changed the order in which transactions are displayed on screen from ascending to descending.  They implemented it without any forewarning and without a setting to allow those of us who prefer the display in ascending order to change it.

What is the default listing order on BOI online and is there a setting to allow users to change it?

    Hi WestWicklow1

Thanks for getting in touch with us here on Boards.

When logged into www.365online.com the transactions will show in most recent date order. At the very top any pending transactions will be grouped together.

Sorry, it's not possible to alter this order.

If you have any further queries please do not hesitate to get back in touch.

    Many Thanks
    Alison

Ok, so you mean chronologically descending?

    Ok, thanks Alison.

Why don't you beat AIB to it and introduce that capability first :)

    It's a good idea WestWicklow1.

We'll certainly send on your interest to our Online Development Team.

    Many Thanks
