    Morning all,
My partners 01 micra had a brake light not working so she replaced it. Now the tail lights don't come on with the engine running and lights on. I've checked all the bulbs and all are fine. There is no corrosion on the fittings. Everything was working yesterday evening. Any taught?

Have you fitted the correct bulb? From your description it sounds like it should be a twin filament bulb.

It's a twin filament bulb. A stop and tail. I keep a couple in the car.

Are the front parking light bulbs working?

I've just gotten herself to check and no they are not working.

You need to check the fuse for that then. You may have shorted the circuit when you put the bulb in.

Thank you. It was the 10A fuse under the bonnet that was blown. It's replaced and all is working perfectly. Cheers.
