The fees are paid just before you submit all of your documents for approval. I think they could've been around €150-200 although you might wanna double check that.

All of the documentation is submitted through your CIC profile. You get access to these upload spots once you've been selected to apply and have accepted your offer.

Fees are CAD$155 for the processing fee and $100 for the open work permit fee.
