HKC Securewatch - Isolate Zone

Hi all,

We recently moved into a house that had an alarm system already installed. On the handover, we only received the alarm arming code. For the most part, this will be all we'll need but we would like to be able to isolate a single zone from being armed when the house is being armed - reason involves a house dog!

I can't really tell what model the alarm panel is but it is labelled as HKC Securewatch. I've found out the zone number I want isolated but when following the codes on the inner lid of alarm panel, I get "Access Denied". The code was something like [0] [*] [Zone] [Play]

This is my first house with an alarm system so any thoughts are appreciated? Thanks -

You have a HKC Securewatch series control panel.

Assuming the user code you were given has being programmed and granted the ability to isolate/ inhibit zones them the following should work for you.
