Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hopefully the right place to ask.... Why do the monthly discount vouchers vary in amount to different customers.Girls at till can't tell my why I get 13 euro off 90 euro spent wheras I see other customers having to spend less for their voucher. Thanks!

Its based on your avg spend. If youre spending €70/wk they will send you a voucher for 80-100. If you only spend 20 they will send a lower amt. Theres a whole dept behind it, crm, data mining, etc - get people to spend more by sending them offers/vouchers a little over what they usually spend
