    Its not just a question of putting them into the computer though. The handicap sec has to check than against Congu guidelines to determine the hc. Maybe they are away or otherwise busy. They will be a normal member, rather than staff member in the back room, so depends on their availability to do it in their spare time.
    Worth just checking they did indeed get from the Pro to the handicap sec though.
