    Hi,

Need to get an eye test done and get some glasses.
Can anyone recommend an Optician in Douglas (want to try and keep the business local)
    Thanks in advance

A friend said good things about the one between KCs and Falveys Pharmacy, I can't think of the name right now.

If you google the owners name you will find some interesting articles in the examiner. Used to go there until I read about it.

    Anyhow, thanks for the replies.
Leahys were €45 for an eye test, so I didn't go with that.
On the recommendation of a work colleague , I went to Crowleys on the Grand Parade. €20 for the test.
They couldn't have been nicer to be honest.
Got my glasses the other day.....Can see again

FYI, you should be able to claim a free eye test under PRSI.
