I am sure he knows his brother is a better player and pundit and I am pretty sure United JUST LIKE CHELSEA players try to gain such an advantage if an opportunity emerges. I would be more than happy for this to be a thing if it was actually something that is implemented all of the time. But as always, we won't see a similar edict and a similar second yellow for a few more seasons. It's the inconsistency that winds me up.

It's strange in a way to see the roles of the two clubs like this. For the last 10 years it was generally Chelsea that were the more physical team and Man Utd the more technical but that's flipped completely now. Side note... goalkeepers 'hop' too much when keeping on their toes for a shot. Seems half the time, when the ball is struck, they're already in the air and need to land before they can react. Those half-seconds really count.

This time, De Gea had a little hop (in the wrong direction, but thats almost beside the point) just before Kante shot, and his feet didn't touch the ground again until the ball was over halfway towards goal.

The step the wrong way caused a problem, but it was actually hopping that killed any chance of saving it.
