Exactly, Only the Government could set up a fund offering unlimited payments to an indeterminate number of people for anything they fancy.

Nothing ever gets costed, as long it moves the news agenda along to the next foul up it'll be grand.

That scratched record has been mooching around the Catholic Church for years, personally I would want to put as much distance between myself and my abusers as possible.....
