Arcade monitor with some problems, my be able to be repaired.

Issue 1: Was slow to come into focus, took about 10 minutes to gradually come into focus,then it was grand.

Issue 2: suddenly, it stopped displaying correctly, the image was just wavy diagonal lines on the screen.
