Hi....can anyone give me a very rough estimate of building on a nine sq m corner extension to house...the labour will be free..just trying to get a ballpark figure as have a few jobs to do out of the one budget. It will consist of two walls of block cavity with a tiled roof to match existing cottage .. Will want decent…
