    The Soccer forum is a little stricter than others and you have to be explicitly granted access in order to post. It doesn't look like you have permission, but you can request it here.

    Ahh, thanks. No, I don't need urgently to post about soccer :p so won't ask for an invitation. I was just curious about the notice, never seen it before. Thanks for explaining, hht and dudara.
