Getting rid of small coal bunker. Scrap metal?

Hi, I'm in Skerries and I want to get rid of a small-ish coal bunker. The issue is that it would have to be pulled over a 6ft wall, and there's a bit of coal left in it! I suppose I could get rid of the coal before it goes, but I'm not sure if I can put it in the black bin. Does anyone know of someone who would be willing…

Hi,
