What time will O'Connell st be shut down tomorrow?

Parade starts around 12pm, can I still cycle through the Quays up to that time, or need to plan to head through around 11am?

Doesn't give an exact time on the organisers website but normally even when they close it there will be multiple crossing points. I would doubt you will be able to cycle down it tomorrow at 11am, crossing it should be fine at the crossing points.
