    • Please nominate for the Best Blockbuster/Hollywood Film of 2016!
    • Up to 4 nominations per person
    • You can justify your selections if you want, but don't criticise other peoples' selections
    • The movie must have been in Irish Cinemas between January 1st 2016 and March 31st 2017
    • This is the first of three batches of nominations. The rest will follow over the next few days and weeks, followed by voting

    "Hollywood" in this context just means studio film, which Midnight Special was, though an indie-esque one due to its director. The change in the name of the category this year was made to accommodate auteur films like this.

    (Green Room and American Honey were also my favorites in that timespan, but those are more indie, low budget movies in my opinion, not really blockbusters/hollywood movies)
