resetting electric irelands rewards password

    Hi

    I am trying to change a forgotton password on www.electricirelandrewards.ie/ 

    The links its sending me to reset wont work, they just bring me back to the log in page

    Hope you can help!

    • Your full name
    • Your account number
    • The first line of your address
    • Your contact number or date of birth
    • Confirmation you are the account holder (a sentence stating this is sufficient)
