Ref had a good view of the tackle but not the contact made with the ball. Did look like a barge at first sight.

If firmino got a yellow for his challenge in first half then that is is definitely penalty in the context of things

tOUCH ON THE BALL not important, he came right through him and high, from the back. That is a foul , even if you win the ball, we all know that. You can't tackle from the back, and especially from the back and high .

He gets one look to be fair, and Clichy came in on the wrong side. It would've looked stonewall.
