18 year old son moped insurance

    I have an 18 year old son and was investigating the possibility of getting him a 50cc moped and car insurance seems to be completely unattainable . Could anyone advise me on what ones to buy and what is high mileage. This is just for some local driving from school to town etc. Also would anyone have any idea on what the insurance would be on one of these
