    Hi

    I believe that building is commencing on the new phase in the The Forge in Lusk.

    Does anybody know of the prices yet ? Say for a 3 bed. The 3 beds in the last build phase were going for 295k

    I'm not sure there will be many 3 beds in the new phase, I think they are looking at slightly larger 4 bed semi's. The ones just finished are 4 bed semi's from what I've heard in the estate.
