New development - garden issues

    HI,

We bought a new house recently, we don't have they keys yet but we have done with snag last week.
I realized that our garden is on a slope (about 45 degrees) which means we wont be able to put in a shed or play ballgames or do anything in it.
We paid extra 5k for south facing garden.

Our solicitor is not helpful at all with what our rights are here.

Anybody knows what can I legally do in order to get the developer to fix this?

They always said that everything will be as per showhouse. Showhouse garden is flat.

    Thanks for any useful advice.

You are already discussing this on another thread, duplicate posts are not permitted. Sounds like you need to have a conversation with your solicitor.
