Was playing off 14 a year and a half ago couldnt join last year so lost my gui card. Recently rejoined Athenry so have to enter 3 cards to get back h/c so if i start of 14 hope to get down to 11

I contemplated not posting in this thread as the last few years it made it depressing reading. looking at your name down the lower end of the table especially when your not achieving your goals! I started last year flying, till i got injured just as the season started (Qualifying) ruling me out for the season.. Killed my motivation.. Plus got 2 shots added to my HC at end of year review :mad: From some poor rounds starting back..

So I will go again this year hoping to play as much golf as possible.. 2017 lets have you and hope the Golfing Gods shine on me anyway

Stopped playing 5 years ago..off 9..i recently went back playing..3 cards in and I got a 15 handicap..

Played a lot over the winter (matchplay definitely helped) and really looking forward to getting back to qualification now.

Trying to set a realistic goal i have been a member for nearly 2 full seasons without a cut however I think I am close to being able to play to current hcap after a recent 39 points (non qualifying) unfortunately I followed that up with 30 points in a qualifying event
