I am looking to replace a 15 year old Baxi Barcelona Condensing Boiler (Gas). I am based on the Northside of Dublin in a 3 bedroom house (6 rooms in total with 7 radiators (1 in hall).

I have been doing a little bit of reading online and I was thinking of getting the Worcester Bosch Greenstar 18ri with a magnetic filter. They seem to be a very reliable boiler and I haven't found many people complaining about them. It seems to be the correct size for my home and total amount of radiators. (although I stand to be corrected.

Does anybody have any idea how much this will cost and how much work/time is involved? I am going to start ringing around for some quotes soon but I just wanted to have an idea of things first before I start.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Incl mag filter and proper powerflush you shouldn't get it don't for less than 2k. I'd say 12kw would do you assuming your house is built in the last 15 years
