It really is annoying. Lack of regulation and the fact that ticketmaster are complicit in this leaves just the promotors/artist to do something about it.

At the U2 gig in the Point depot last year your credit card was your ticket. That makes the life of the touts a bit more tricky.

Only standing tickets were that way, plenty sold on tout sites. Upcoming Iron Maiden gig is that way across the board.

It's no good to people who are not out to make a profit and they genuinely cannot go they presumably can't pass on their tickets to someone who legitimately wants to go.
