Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

cheers mate, obviously if I was in the Eire I'd turn on the telly ya plank

You can't call it Eire and then call someone else a plank.

    What a tackle by Coleman

  • Banned (with Prison Access) Posts: 3,814 ✭✭✭irishman86

I think some of the punts forward have been less "ala Spain" and more like a rugby team who refuse to play through hand.

    Sooooooo the Irish rugby team

Nor can he not know that RTE Player isn't on the telly and call someone else a plank....when the clue is in the name.

    An insult to the championship.

Worst half of live football i have ever seen

A half of football that would make your blood run cold.

2 nasty elbows thrown in for good measure.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 23,225 ✭✭✭✭J. Marston

Some dirty tricks from Long and Whelan.

Is there any chance of someone sitting close to that trumpeter telling him to STFU? He's dreadful.

Can't exactly see any "moments of quality" coming form this Ireland team tonight.

Mc Geady well worth throwing on after 65 mins ....we need to hold onto the ball for a while,Coleman constantly looking to hit aimless long balls forward that Ashley Williams is lapping up.

Be doing well to get to the end with a 0-0 at this rate. Not even to knock the Irish players who've battled about as much you could expect, and McClean, Coleman and (surprisingly) Ward have been important to keeping the team level thus far. Just no real thrust to Ireland going forward at all. Hoping for flick-ons, knockdowns and breaking balls.

If Wales do have to score, I only ask that it not be Man-Bun who gets the goal.

Need to get Mcgeady on the pitch. On for Whelan and move Hendrick back would change things.

The only moment worth talking about was Bales ball to Taylor,

Or Robson Kanu as Ronnie knows him

No intent from Ireland to try and win this, 0-0. would be martins hope

It will be grand, snatch a winner with a set piece

    Ireland had the best chance

Honestly a draw is a good result, keeps us the same amount of points ahead of Wales. It's the quality of the play from Ireland that's more worrying.

The only thing worse than this type of football is people doing that "much?" thing. You, Sir, are awful.
