Does adjustment of status move your priority date forwards?

hi so I'm applying through the F2B visa and we've filed them concurrently the i130 and i485. The i130 is processing but they said the i485 doesnt have a priority date. On the form they sent back, we have a priority date for feb 26th of this year. I'm just wondering if I file this back to them with the priority date does…

On the form they sent back, we have a priority date for feb 26th of this year. I'm just wondering if I file this back to them with the priority date does the visa get processed within 90 days? Or is it a case of waiting for the bulletin dates? It was my understanding that the adjustment of status moves you forward in terms of it being processed?
