bare root and plug perennials - flower first year

Hi I have some bare root phlox, lupins and eryngium planum (bought in Lidl a few weeks ago) growing in pots at the moment. They seem to be doing alright. Should I expect these to flower this year? Also - lidl are selling small pots (10 cm) lupins next week - would you expect those to flower this year?

Hi
