    Hi all.
    For anyone that has recently bought or sold a property what was the timeframe from sale agreed to keys?

    This is frequently asked and the answer is 2 weeks to 2 years.

    6 months is not uncommon and somewhere between 3 and 6 months seems to be the (very unscientifically sampled) mode average.

    Precisely. OP if you do a forum search you'll find many threads discussing this.
