What is this light fitting?

Thought I only had to change a bulb in bathroom liht but when I removed cover this is what I saw (attached)

No idea what this is? What gets replaced (presumably the tube??) - what is it called, and how does it come out? and where can I buy the replacement part?

It's a 2D bulb
Looks like a 28watt

It pulls down from the centre (plastic bit)

They come in 2 pin and 4 pin versions which are not interchangeable. Take out the existing fitting and look at the centre pin connections to ensure you order the correct one. There are also led replacment units available for retrofitting into these fittings look here,
