    Hello eir,
    how's it hanging?


    Got a bill yesterday that's has a 75euro other charge?I think I know what it's for and I paid that in the shop.

    Also I got an email saying I owe money to ye?and I don't.the bill and the email are at different prices.can you please help?

    Nearly every month is a billing issue.it's causing me a lot of stress and it is completely uncalled for.

    Could I also give ye the email address to make sure it is ye?

    Help please.
