Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

A monthly standing order has not gone from my account. I have funds and it is due to go out on the 27th but the march payment has yet to do so. Will this create a non payment fine? Sometimes the payment might not go out till the 28th, but it has never went to the 29th unless the 27th was a Saturday or that there was a bank holiday, which this week neither was not the case.

    Hi jimbobtravis,

Thanks for contacting us on Boards.

Sorry to hear that this payment has not left your account yet. Usually a standing order will be paid from your account once there are sufficient funds in your account. If the payment day falls on the weekend or bank holiday, as you say, it will be paid the next working day. We'd advise you to double check back over your account to ensure that there were sufficient funds on the 27th when it was due.

You can query this further by sending a message through the 365 Online Service Desk and the Ask a Question option. A representative will look into this for you and can also advise if an unpaid fee will be charged on your account.

    Thanks,
    Sarah
